These Terms and Conditions apply when you access or use Zokor’s website, workflow builder, APIs, analysis services, and related features (the“Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Zokor for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. What Zokor provides
Zokor provides tools for turning security research and analysis processes into reusable workflows and running them as repeatable pipelines.
Features may change, be added, or be removed over time. Some features may be offered as beta or preview features and may be incomplete or unavailable from time to time.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the Services and for making sure you have permission to submit, connect, scan, analyze, or send any repositories, packages, files, URLs, accounts, data, or systems used with Zokor.
You must not use the Services to:
- break the law or violate another person’s rights;
- access systems, accounts, or data without permission;
- distribute malware, steal credentials, or exfiltrate data;
- disrupt, overload, or interfere with Zokor or another service;
- bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures;
- submit fraudulent or abusive requests; or
- misrepresent Zokor results as proof that a person, project, or organization is malicious or unlawful.
Lawful defensive security research, malware analysis, and threat hunting are permitted when you have the required authorization.
4. Accounts and API access
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, API keys, and access tokens.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account or credentials. Contact us if you believe they have been lost, exposed, or used without permission.
We may limit, suspend, or revoke access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, other users, or third parties.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the workflows, configurations, files, metadata, artifact references, and other material you submit to Zokor.
You give Zokor permission to process, store, copy, transmit, and analyze that material only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Services.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for Zokor to process the material you submit.
Do not submit unnecessary personal information, credentials, secrets, or confidential information.
6. Results and outputs
Zokor results may include findings, scores, classifications, evidence, and other output.
Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and may include false positives or false negatives. You are responsible for reviewing important findings and deciding how to use them.
Zokor does not guarantee that software is safe, malicious, compliant, vulnerability-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
7. Third-party services
Zokor may connect to or use third-party platforms, APIs, package registries, analysis providers, and output destinations.
Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Zokor is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their results.
References to third-party names or logos do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership.
8. Zokor’s property
Zokor’s website, software, design, documentation, branding, and original content belong to Zokor or its licensors.
You may use the Services for their intended purpose, but these Terms do not give you ownership of Zokor’s software, branding, or other intellectual property.
Open-source software included in the Services remains subject to its applicable licence.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or continued support for every feature, integration, API, or workflow type.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the extent permitted by law, Zokor makes no warranties about availability, accuracy, security, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or analysis performance.
No security analysis is complete or error-free, and no result should be treated as a guarantee.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zokor and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or opportunities arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services change.
The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
