Introduction
This notice applies to the Zokor website and beta signup operated by Zokor Labs.
Information collected
The beta form stores the email address you submit, your optional role, the signup date and time, and the source of the signup. The application also stores a one-way hash of the browser user-agent string for limited abuse investigation. It does not intentionally store raw IP addresses in the Zokor database.
The form processes minimal request information in memory to limit repeated submissions. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and other request information while providing the website, database, security, and optional Turnstile services.
How the information is used
Signup information is used to manage beta interest, contact people about beta access, send occasional product-related updates, operate and protect the form, and diagnose abuse or technical failures. It is not used for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
The website uses Cloudflare Pages or Workers and Cloudflare D1. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the signup form from abuse. These services may process information as part of providing their infrastructure.
Sharing
Zokor Labs does not sell beta-signup information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website, or disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, or Zokor Labs.
Retention
Signup information is kept while it is needed to manage beta access and product communication, or until deletion is requested.
Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect submitted information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Choices and requests
You may ask what signup information is held about you, correct it, request deletion, or stop receiving updates. Contact [email protected].
